WordPress, once considered good blogging software has now developed into being my favorite and, in my opinion, the best way to set up a complete website.
Okay, if you’re Wells Fargo or Google your needs might exceed what this tool can offer. But for the rest of us it’s a dynamite solution.
The direction of business is becoming more and more about being able to get your message out there, digitally. Having a blog based site is one of the most powerful steps you can take in any new endeavor you develop. This is what has compelled me to share my… (drum roll please)
Top Five Reasons Why Knowing WordPress Can Make You Smarter, Richer, Sexier, Faster, Funnier, and yes, Better at Tennis:
1. Establish Yourself as an Authority In Your Field
Having a blog is a very strong way for you to digitally spread and share your knowledge. This can help you professionally develop your personal brand for anyone looking to hire you, buy from you, contract your services. If you know how to install, setup and run your own WordPress site, this takes away any barrier you have in getting started.
2. Launching a New Product or Service
If your company is launching a new product you can quickly use WordPress to create a powerful way to launch and promote this product, as well as develop the buzz about it. If you know how to install, setup and run your own WordPress site, you can easily set up a new site for each and every product or service you want to feature.
3. Set Up WordPress Sites for Others, Professionally
Once you know how to set up and run your own WordPress sites you can easily contract yourself out to do that for others once they see how cool your sites are.
4. Set Up WordPress Sites for Others as Gifts
Do you know how much you’ll be loved if you set up a beautiful website for someone as a gift so they can now pen their own thoughts online for the world to read! Oh man, who wouldn’t love getting a gift like this? You’ll be a rockstar!
5. You’ll Never Have to Pay To Have a Website Developed (unless you’re Wells Fargo, Google, or the such)
The web is the best option for getting your information out there. If you’re a WordPress guru (I know, no one is comfortable with that term these days) you’ll be able to create websites at will.
As a professional I really look at WordPress the same way I would look at Word or Excel or Adobe products. You took the time to learn those, why not add WordPress to you bag of business tools.
As a creative person I look at WordPress as a wonderful vehicle one can use to share there message to the rest of the world, one reader at a time.
Oh Yeah, and how does this make you better at tennis?
Well Duh? It should be obvious that simply knowing WordPress will make you a better person in all areas of life. (too far?)
