Do you want to really learn more about running and developing your own website?
The more a person knows about how to develop their own online presence, the better!
What is WordPress?
WordPress is the #1 software used to develop CMS (content management system) websites. A CMS website means it’s a website that you can login to the admin area of the site and manage it, edit/add/delete pages, blog posts, photos, videos, etc… without being a programmer or knowing any code.
I develop all of my clients’ sites to run on WordPress. To see what WordPress websites can look like, check out the portfolio.
It’s really the most powerful tool you can use to develop your brand online.
Primarily because it’s blog driven. You can have all the static pages you want and need for your business info; the info about you, your products, your services. But, having the blog is so important for so many reasons. For more about that, click here! (but hurry back)
The other main reason I like WordPress is because it’s a very user-friendly platform. I’ve got clients who are not tech people at all, but have no problem doing basic things on their WordPress sites; editing pages; adding posts; adding photos, videos, etc…
