
I say Audience because I wanted to use a term that could cover a wide variety of situations.
Your audience might be customers; or clients; or subscribers; or followers; people who listen to your podcast; watch your YouTube videos…
But the point is, put their needs before your own.
This creates a win-win situation. The more you care about your customers’ needs and think how you can deliver value, the stronger brand you will build and the more potential you have that people will want to use your services; buy your products; listen to your podcast; watch your videos; buy your ebooks; subscribe to your email list; follow you on Instagram/Facebook/Twitter, etc…
By caring more about delivering value to your Audience, you automatically build a strong brand and this just creates a better situation for you as well.
Just makes sense, doesn’t it?
